Cuffs will fit up to an 8" wrist

Ankle Cuffs will fit up to a 9" ankle

Thigh Cuffs will fit 20-21" thighs most comfortably, slightly smaller or larger (.5" or so) has the holes to do so but may not be the most comfortable.

Forearm Cuffs will fit a 6" wrist at smallest point and easily up to 8-9" - widest part of cuff is 12" but holes extend further for variable fit.
